Anyway, the experience of baking in a fully equipped professional kitchen is (YYYYYY)
super good.
i swear i felt so minute in there standing beside the crazy cool chef.
oh not to mention that i was the youngest and most amateur baker...
Psht, i got lost in geylang for like 45 mins as well.
(i reached the busstop 45 mins earlier and got lost in the full duration so...)
It was embarrassing.

I was practically going to cry cause some way or another i was walking in the complete opposite direction with a map in hand.
yes, i cant read maps.

stop laughing, i was on the brink of tears while frantically looking for directions and road names alright!
not to mention all the horrible stares and oggling pervos that laze around coffeeshops were EVERYWHERE.
like really, im not even exaggerating.
there were -coughs- a few female uhm.. "workers" around as well, and i freaked out real bad okay!

Thankfully i met a few kind souls along the way who directed me to the really deserted place.
who the hell opens a bakery shop/class in the middle of geylang and nowhere??!

That aside, the logcake is so freaking pretty.
and surprisingly easier to bake than decorate...
sort of....
