reality just sunk in that i did not back up my photos in the lappy, and it kamikazed....
i'll leave the whining to myself, carry on.
This must have been my most sugar filled week ever hahaha.
strictfully pancakes on wed, cupcakes on thur, more cake and icecream yesterday!
too much to talk about, shall just start on yesterday (:
Started my birthday morning with a lovely cupcake from yixin & jul!

Hahahha im so proud of xin, she got me spot on for this present.
was yearning to eat 12 cupcakes for so long already!
whoooopie.
plus they taste so damn good i can fly to the moon and back.
Headed down to my grandma's house to bake my own birthday cake hahahhaa.
actually most of the job was done by my aunt...
i just decorated the strawberry shortcake :B
there's this huge sense of satisfaction that you get when you bake your own bdae cake...
strawberry shortcake, with truckloads of whipped cream and berries snuggled in between.
was in a mess after all the baking... hence the messy bun and all that yadayada stuff.

Anyway, it took me 5 times to extinguish the flame on the candle.

Lunched with my family,

Headed home and went for Udders and GI JOE with my fav peeps :D
Right, so here's where all the fun crap happens.
I was rather skeptical about the night (days ago) cause we were only planning to go for dinner and a movie which i was clueless about.
Surprisingly as always, they made me laugh so much i was doubling over. ^^
We headed over for udders after they had dinner and all, and while i was picking out my lovely concotion of creamy icecream on waffles...
three sneaky people, (at least that's what i think happened since na was with me!)
were conjuring some magic behind my back -outside the door to be exact-
and when i got out from the cafe with trina, (still clueless and giddy with laughter),
this cake appeared on the table.
Disclaimer:
At that point in time, the cake looked 10x better with 17 lighted candles, there were 11 grinning faces, an extremely surprised (prob unglam) face and a lovely birthday song :')
I had NO IDEA they were going to give me a surprise, it took me off guard and i was honestly sincerely touched.
i guess 4 years of friendship taught them that i was a huge sucker for surprises hehehe.

Was in such a state of euphoria, the following events that seemingly made me look really dumb occured:
1. the birthday song ended and i almost cut the cake without blowing out the candles.
2. i almost blew the candles when i realised i havent made a wish.
3. i made like 3 wishes while beaming like i was a 7 year old, and almost cut the cake without blowing the flames out AGAIN.
4. i couldnt blow out the candles... denise had to help me.
5. i attempted to cut the cake without taking out the now blown out candles.
6. took out the candles, sliced the cake, realised there were no plates.
7. realised i did not take photos.
......................
hahahahaha, yeah funny how im most bimbotic when im supposed to turn a year older!

And through out the movie, i believe we were pretty annoying, especially since we were late....

spent the rest of the night making a fool out of ourselves,
with some yolo experience with a rat, kiyomi(s) and a cake left under the theatre's seat.
