A good end to the school week i think.
One of those days when i actually L:EARN stuff and like pay attention.
or maybe it's just because it's all the lessons i like haha.
GP, PE, CSE and Lit.
We had a discussion about income inequality in Singapore today during GP class.
and it's really upsetting how there are so many poor people in Singapore but the government can't quite help them out :/
or is not doing much at least.
sigh.
i honestly think it's okay to fork out money to help the poor (progressive tax).
what's the point of living a high quality life with some dope car when others are suffering in misery right?
I really empathize with these families and i guess i should just be grateful that i've the luxury to live the way i am doing now.
Getting to eat at cafes, buying clothes and all.
oh and the weather's been great the last few days.
rainy sweater weather.
it was pretty cooling in the afternoon so i went for a run with Linnet and Yuan.
feeeeels good.
I'm just really glad it's finally the end of the week.
a lot more mundane studying to do,
but JUNE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING (:
time to head down to the beaches.
i miss the sea.
and have some lovely cake.

i wouldn't say im an EXTREME optimist,
but i do try to be hopeful,
and often my self pep-talks work for a couple of hours,
-or a day or two if im lucky-
but it wont kill to hope i guess.
i've nothing to lose anymore.
the thing is, bad days can't last forever right?
sure, they come and go.
just enjoying the endorphin in my blood for as long as it lasts.
