It's been awhile.
or maybe not.
Finally sorted out some stuff that's been bugging me lately.
*sigh of relief*
I learnt a few lessons in the last couple of days though.
terribly hard lessons i've to admit, but ohwell,
THIS IS LIFE.
1. Communication only starts when two people look at each other and converse face to face.
whatsapp is a pain in the ass.
Somehow words get mistranslated in the midst of transportation from
one person's head-->phone->phone-->the other person's head.
and messages are often misinterpreted.
no matter how telepathic you think you may be.
lesson learnt;
talking face to face saves a lot more tears.
and provides a lot more happy vibes too.
2. Nothing else really matters the split second you see your loved one upset.
no amount of frustration/anger/confusion can stop you from worrying and fussing,
desperate to put a smile back on his face.
3. Patience is a virtue.
and im not a patient person.
4. Chocolate cake is meant to be shared.
too much of it makes me sick.
5. It's gonna be tough.
i'm saying it's okay, everything's gonna be okay,
but truth is it's gonna hurt like a bitch first.
as Nise phrases it,
"you will die."
so much finality and faith in me.
but it'll be fine, there will be days i die a little im sure of it,
but i hope i'll get through it yeah??

Watched SA rugby finals on Wednesday at Home Team Academy.
i swear i was so close to losing my voice at the bleachers.
the guys fought hard and it was a great game (Y)

I had my weekly dilemma of skipping math or not on Thursday afternoon.
stuck through it and went to Wimbly Lu for tea ^_^
I really like the quaint cafes/atmosphere.
the pretty fairyland brick walls and pretty bubble baubles hanging from the ceilings made everything so much more rustic.
THE HONEY CINNAMON ICE CREAM is the bomb.

I've doubted this thing ever since mad ordered it.
but my oh my, this little cake tastes DIVINE.
think sweet molten lava cake.
best to share it though.
this thing is meant to be indulged in fine tiny portions.
