Walks home; three

34 Walks home are not as frequent now.

So when the chance came and i had to go back to pick up my dress for an event on saturday, the distance didnt quite matter. I get to go home.

Boarding and alighting trains has become of a norm for me. Part of the daily routine- not much of a hoo ha.

Just one year ago, having me go to the west and traveling back to north east was a outright call for war. It was a ludicrous idea; i was not willing to travel.

Yet now, im willing to travel across the country, just to bury my face in my soft toys and soft comforting bed.

And then i realised, perhaps it isn't the journey that was so galling and detestable, but that what laid ahead waiting for me on the other end simply wasn't that worthy of my time anymore.
