My dad is a capable man.
He just happen to not have a degree.
And all of a sudden, the world makes him seem less than himself.
My dad is a honest man.
He has his flaws but he is a man of his words.
He never goes back on what he say he will do, and he does it all even if it meant not sleeping for a day or two.
My dad is a superman.
He is there for everyone when they need him.
In the wee hours of the morning? He'll be there.
In the afternoon halfway through lunch? He'll be there.
My dad has always been there.
My dad is a sincere man.
He can be cocky at times, but he means every word he says.
He taught me to pray, help others and to always, always speak to my own heart.
My dad is a wonderful man,
even if the world may not think of him as equals to lofty pay checks.
But,
I'm afraid he sees himself less than he really is.
